What Is the Average Out of Pocket Cost of Bariatric Surgery?

The costs of bariatric surgery vary depending upon the medical facility, the type of procedure, and the coverage options offered by your insurance, if any. We have partnered with our affiliate hospitals to provide our patients with some of the most affordable costs in the region.  Out of pocket expenses for the sleeve gastrectomy will range from $7,000-$13,000, while a gastric bypass will range from $10,000-$15,0000, depending upon the need for joint procedures, whether you are a candidate for outpatient surgery, ets. These costs are all-inclusive, meaning the surgeon fee, anesthesia fee, hospital fee, and program fees.  Finally, revision bariatric surgery costs can range from $9,000-$15,000, depending upon the procedure.

Is Bariatric Surgery Financing Available?
